LPC Tendonil Arnica

Arnika Gel supports the recovery of stiff and sensitive muscles. It promotes blood circulation, which means that oxygen and nutrients are transported more quickly to the relevant place in the body and waste products are removed more quickly.

Tendonil is especially recommended for stiffness, strains, irritations and inflammations of tendons, joints and muscles. Tendonil can be used before and after exercise. If you use Tendonil before exercise, you prevent stiff and painful muscles. If you use Tendonil after exercise, it has a soothing effect on those same muscles.
