Exchange or Return

With this form, you can return one or more items from your order to us. Please do this within 14 days of receipt, otherwise, we cannot accept your return.

If you want to exchange, please email [email protected]so that the item can be reserved for you. Return the item or items to us using the address label below. Keep the shipping proof! Upon receipt, we will process your return. The purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, will be credited to your account, or the exchange item(s) will be sent.

Please note! The following products cannot be returned:

• Custom-made products
• Products that were specially ordered for a customer outside the regular assortment
• Discounted items/sale items
• Used products*

*If the transparent packaging of a bit is opened, we regretfully have to charge a €10 testing fee.
