Shipping & returns

Delivery

Your order will be delivered by our delivery partner DPD Parcel to the delivery address you specified. The conditions of DPD Parcel apply to this.
Are you not at home to receive your order and is delivery to the neighbors also not possible? DPD will then deliver your package to the nearest Pickup parcelshop after the first delivery attempt. You can read where you can pick up your package on the not-home message, which has been left for you by the driver.

Orders under €75: €8 shipping costs to the Netherlands
Orders under €100: €10 shipping costs to Germany and Belgium
Orders from €75: free shipping to the Netherlands
Orders from €100: free shipping to Germany and Belgium
Orders from €150: free shipping to Luxembourg, Austria, and Denmark

Please note! The shipping costs are fixed prices, depending on the destination country. If your order is heavier or larger than a standard package and the paid shipping costs do not cover the total shipping amount, we will contact you and ask for additional shipping costs.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The shipping costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via [email protected], or by filling in the return form and returning the package. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

Customized items cannot be returned.

Exchange

If you want to exchange, email us at [email protected] so that we can reserve the item for you.
The replacement item will be shipped after receipt of the return.

Bit testing

Bits are delivered in a transparent packaging so that you can view the bit well.
If the packaging has been opened, we are unfortunately forced to charge the €10 test costs.

The bits below have a mouthpiece that quickly shows signs of use due to use.
We therefore give no guarantee on these bits and are excluded from testing and excluded from return.
