We are a team of experienced riders and specialists who work daily with the best products from the international show jumping industry. What began as a network within the elite sport has grown into an online store where quality, expertise, and reliability come together.
We carefully select and test every product, from bits and saddles to grooming and competition gear. Thanks to our close collaboration with professional riders, we know exactly what works and what doesn't.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders placed before 15:00 CET are shipped the same day. Add your products to the cart and head to checkout to see the estimated delivery time for your country. We deliver worldwide via DPD or DHL Express, with free shipping available depending on your country.
Can I exchange or return a product if it does not fit?
Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it, no questions asked. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Once we receive your return in good condition, we will refund the full order amount excluding shipping costs within 14 days.
Ordering a bit? Bits are delivered in transparent packaging so you can inspect them. If you return the bit unopened, you receive a full refund. If you have tested it, a €10 testing fee applies and you have 2 weeks to return it undamaged.

Are all products on HorseOnline.com officially tested or approved by professionals?
Yes. We work closely with professional riders and specialists to ensure every product in our range actually performs. We don't just list products, we test them, use them, and stand behind them. If a product doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't make it into our store.
What makes HorseOnline.com different from other equestrian webshops?
We go further than most. Beyond our online store, we offer saddle fittings, bit testing, and personal advice. Our mobile equestrian store visits competition stables in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany — bringing the shop directly to you. You will also find us at national and international competitions throughout the year. And if you prefer to visit us in person, you are always welcome at our showroom in Sint-Oedenrode, or schedule an appointment with us.
Do you also offer personal advice when choosing bits or saddles?
Yes, and it is one of the things we are most proud of. Our team consists of experienced riders and specialists who have either competed at a high level themselves or spent their careers as grooms working with the best horses and riders in the sport. We do not guess. We know what works, because we have lived it ourselves.
Finding the right bit or saddle is not something you should have to figure out alone. That is why we offer personal bit advice and saddle fittings, both online and at your location. Our mobile shop visits stables across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, and you will find us at competitions throughout the year, ready to help, talk through options, and make sure horse and rider are perfectly equipped.
