Finding the right bit can be an expensive search. You buy a bit, try it out, and later discover that your horse doesn't like it. At HorseOnline, you can test bits so that you only make a final decision once you have felt the effect in practice.

Simply order the bit via the webshop, try it out in your own training and then decide whether to keep it or send it back.

If you are not sure after testing, send it back and we will credit the purchase amount according to the testing terms.

You order the bit in the usual way via the webshop.

The bit is supplied in transparent packaging.

- If the bit is not what you are looking for and you leave the packaging unopened, you can return it unopened and receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
- If you open the packaging and use the bit to test it, you will be charged a testing fee of €10 euros per bit upon return. The remainder of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded.

A two-week period applies to testing. The bit must be returned to us within that time.

The bit must be returned undamaged. We cannot issue credit for damaged bits.

Orders placed before 15:00 CET are shipped the same day. Add your products to the cart and head to checkout to see the estimated delivery time for your country. We deliver worldwide via DPD or DHL Express, with free shipping available depending on your country.

Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it, no questions asked. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Once we receive your return in good condition, we will refund the full order amount excluding shipping costs within 14 days.

Ordering a bit? Bits are delivered in transparent packaging so you can inspect them. If you return the bit unopened, you receive a full refund. If you have tested it, a €10 testing fee applies and you have 2 weeks to return it undamaged.

Yes. We work closely with professional riders and specialists to ensure every product in our range actually performs. We don't just list products, we test them, use them, and stand behind them. If a product doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't make it into our store.

We go further than most. Beyond our online store, we offer saddle fittings, bit testing, and personal advice. Our mobile equestrian store visits competition stables in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany — bringing the shop directly to you. You will also find us at national and international competitions throughout the year. And if you prefer to visit us in person, you are always welcome at our showroom in Sint-Oedenrode, or schedule an appointment with us.

Our team consists of experienced riders and specialists who have either competed at a high level themselves or spent their careers as grooms working with the best horses and riders in the sport. We do not guess. We know what works, because we have lived it ourselves.

Our mobile shop visits stables across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, and you will find us at competitions throughout the year, ready to help, talk through options, and make sure horse and rider are perfectly equipped.
