Your order will be delivered by our delivery partner DPD Parcel to the delivery address you specified. The conditions of DPD Parcel apply to this.
Are you not at home to receive your order, and is delivery to the neighbors also not possible? DPD will then deliver your package to the nearest pickup parcel shop after the first delivery attempt. You can read where you can pick up your package on the not-home message, which has been left for you by the driver.

Orders under €50: €8 shipping costs to the Netherlands
Orders under €100: €10 shipping costs to Germany and Belgium
Orders from €50: free shipping to the Netherlands
Orders from €100: free shipping to Germany and Belgium
