Calm Mg is a liquid supplementary feed that provides horses with highly bioavailable magnesium sources. It can be especially helpful in young horses who are having a hard time entering their first competitions and in anxious adult horses that are difficult to handle due to low magnesium levels in their blood.

Characteristics
Energy production in cells, nucleic acid synthesis, muscle contraction and nerve conduction depend on magnesium. Unika chose three very high bioavailable magnesium sources: magnesium citrate, magnesium aspartate and magnesium chloride. These salts are completely soluble in water and are therefore more easily absorbed by the body than poorly soluble or insoluble salts, such as magnesium oxide. Studies show that magnesium in horses has neuroprotective properties and is involved in the production of ATP, the body's energy fuel.

Instructions
Mix 50-100 g Calm Mg per day with the daily ration. It has a syrup texture and is very palatable to horses. It is recommended to use Calm Mg for at least 30/40 consecutive days. It is recommended not to exceed the recommended daily amount, as magnesium is a mild laxative.
