Gag-Gebiss
- Ein Gag-Gebiss wird mit Backenstücken für ein Gag-Gebiss verwendet, die durch die Ringe des Gebisses geführt und am Kopfstück des Zaums befestigt werden.
- Am unteren Ende dieser Rückholleine befindet sich ein Ring, an dem der Zügel befestigt wird. Beim Annehmen der Zügel gleitet das Gebiss im Maul nach oben und übt Druck hinter den Ohren aus.
- Das Gag-Trense ist darauf ausgelegt, das Pferd dazu zu bringen, den Kopf zu heben, und wird oft bei Pferden eingesetzt, die sich „festlegen“.
- Ein Gag-Trense kann mit 1 oder 2 Zügeln verwendet werden.
- Dieses Gebiss ist nicht für unerfahrene Reiter und Pferde geeignet.
Einfach gebrochen
- Ein einfach gebrochenes Gebiss hat einen Gelenkpunkt in der Mitte, der Druck auf die Lippen, Backen und Seiten der Zunge ausübt. Es drückt die Zunge bei Druck leicht nach unten und übt weniger Druck auf die Zunge aus.
- Ein einfach gebrochenes Gebiss steigt in der Mitte leicht an und kann den Gaumen reizen. In diesem Fall ist es besser, ein doppelt gebrochenes oder ein Stangengebiss zu wählen.
- Ein einfach gebrochenes Gebiss ist ein gutes Basisgebiss, geeignet für viele Pferde und Reiter.
Cyprium
- Cyprium-Trensen bestehen zu 90 % aus Kupfer und zu 10 % aus Edelstahl und sind nickelfrei.
- Der hohe Kupferanteil in Cyprium regt die Speichelproduktion an.
- Durch diesen Kupfergeschmack schäumt das Pferd mehr und nimmt das Gebiss besser an.
