Ein Pferd, das Wunden im Maul hat oder sehr empfindlich im Maul ist, kann mit einem Schwammbit hervorragend geritten werden. Das Wahlsten Schwammbit ist ein sehr weiches Schaumstoffgebiss, das zunächst sehr dick erscheint, aber mit der Nutzung schrumpft. Das Gebiss hat eine Nylonkordel als Kern, wodurch es nicht flexibel ist.
Tipp: Wenn das Pferd Wunden im Maul hat, wie eingerissene Mundwinkel, weichen Sie das Schwammbit in Salzwasser ein, um die Heilung zu fördern.
Beim Kauf ist das Gebiss etwa +- 5 cm dick. Wenn das Gebiss durch Speichel oder Wasser nass wird, halbiert sich seine Dicke. Mit der Zeit schrumpft das Gebiss allmählich und passt sich dem Maul des Pferdes an. Wenn das Pferd anfangs mit der Dicke des Gebisses Schwierigkeiten hat, empfehlen wir, es vorher in Wasser einzuweichen.

Not happy with your order?
No problem. You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it, no questions asked. We will refund the full order amount within 14 days of receiving your return. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Trying a bit?
Bits are shipped in sealed transparent packaging. If the packaging has been opened, a €10 testing fee applies. Please note that custom bits, Poponcini, Trust Inno Sense, Beris Prime and certain specialty bits cannot be returned.
